Playing catch up

that is what this weekend is all about...playing catch up...i have to catch up on the yard work, getting the pool ready, the gardens, the housework, the wash, the cleaning, and friends and family...i don't usually have much time for any of it so there is a lot to be done....
so
yesterday i got all the things that i needed to open the pool...keep in mind that i did not cover the pool so there are MANY leaves in it and it is so green that it looks black...but i poured 20 gallons of chlorine in the water and it is looking much better already..

i have planted 2 tomatoe plants and a green pepper plant...i have already planted the herbs for the kitchen and they are doing well...

i took the kids to the bookstore and it was SO nice to be there for pleasure and not to be studying...

and today...i am going to a bar-b-que at jan's...omg...i have a sunday of nothingness...no studying...no worrying..oh joy of joys.....

tomorrow is a holiday so the kids do not have to get up early for school and i have NO work...yay for me!!!!

i hope that everyone is doing well...and..perhaps maybe leave me a little message of hello...

i am going...because i have some more flowers to plant and i want...no...NEED a shower...i am sweating bullets....ok
